The Unit

Cast: Dennis Haysbert Scott Foley Robert Patrick Audrey Marie Anderson Regina Taylor Abby Brammell What's Next? The team engages in combat in Pakistan, Paraguay and Bulgaria and a woman on the base gets some bad news from Col. Ryan. Creators Shawn Ryan ('The Shield') and David Mamet ('Glengarry Glen Ross') pepper the show with rapid-fire dialogue and action, but temper the action with dramatic moments on the home front.

CBS has given a full-season pickup to "The Unit," the No. 1 new drama last season with more than 15 million viewers weekly.
As a midseason entry earlier this year, "Unit" had received an initial order of 13 episodes for 2006/07; the pickup brings its complement to 22 episodes. In its most recent airing, the military drama averaged 13.2 million viewers.
