Premise: James Woods stars as Sebastian Stark, a cutthroat defense attorney who now works for the prosecutor's office. Cast: James Woods Jeri Ryan Danielle Panabaker Sophina Brown Alexis Cruz Sarah Carter Jeri Ryan is his former nemesis turned potential romantic interest and Danielle Panabaker is the daughter who brings out the "softer" side of this killer lawyer.

"Shark" tanked in its high-profile Thursday 10 p.m. slot, dropping 44% of its "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" lead-in in 18-49.
"Shark" may have been hurt by the surprisingly decisive ratings victory "Grey's Anatomy" scored over "CSI" at 9 p.m.

I liked this show the couple times I watched it. Can't go wrong with a James Woods/Jeri Ryan combination.
