Who do you think the best Buffy the Vampire Slayer verse villain is?

I say Angelus. He put some serious hurt on the Scooby Gang and changed Buffy for life.

My vote used to be The First, but then again he never really hurt anyone

Buffy is series that was not only consistently good, but a series that grew better over time.
