My favorite characters from Season One (haven't seen Season 2 yet)...
Locke and Sawyer.

Least favorite....
Claire and Charlie.

Agreed on all counts except for Claire. She's hot, man.

Locke is probably even more of a favorite character for me than Sawyer. I love his whole wilderness guru thing he's got going on.

We watched 4 more episodes of Lost last night, the wife and I. We particularly enjoyed the episode that revolved around Sawyer's back story. So far, John Locke and Sawyer are the two characters who just never seem to disappoint. The main character (the doc) and his "girlfriend" have become less and less interesting, but at the same time, their exposure on the show has grown smaller and smaller too. Interesting choice on the creative team's part, and a smart one.

Let me know when you see the episode that has the dynamite scene. Talk about a tension-filled scene!

And wait until you meet Locke's father!

I saw this thread had been updated, and I had to point out that my daughter Mary is going through my Lost trading card set as we speak, asking me questions about each one of them. Things like, "Why is he yelling?", "Why is he singing?", and "Why's he got band-aids?"

Here are some questions that I hope she doesn't get around to...

"Why are they torturing him?"

"Is it really that hard to kick heroine?"

"Daddy, what's a 'mob enforcer'?"

I've now watched the entire first season except for the final two episodes. We'll probably watch those tonight.

Boy, John Locke's father sure was a corker.

Oh, yeah. He was real wacky. You know, there's a lot of Internet speculation that Locke's father is actually the con man known as "Sawyer."
