Talk about them here.

Here are five. Another day and I might choose five others.
1. THE BOYFRIEND: Two parter where Jerry befriends Mets first baseman, Keith Hernandez. Kramer and Newman are convinced Keith spit on them after a game years ago. Leads to a spoof of the JFK movie, where Jerry presents them with the Magic Loogey speech, complete with Zapruder film flashback scene. Turns out it was Roger MacDowell in the bushes. 2. THE LIMO: George and Jerry decide to impersonate "Dylan" in order to get a free limo ride from the airport. Turns out Dylan is a famous neo-Nazi writer. George: "Did you see her, Jerry? She had her hands all over me." Jerry: "She's a Nazi, George." George: "But a cute Nazi..." 3. THE PILOT: Two parter where Jerry and George's pilot episode for NBC finally films. A fine spoof of bad tv programming. (The pilot's contrived plot centers around a car accident and a man with no car insurance, who the judge in the case makes Jerry's butler. When the Elaine character makes a date with the butler, Jerry objects.) Fictional Jerry: "But he's myyyyy butler..." 4. THE PUFFY SHIRT: "But I don't want to be a pirate!" 5. THE OPPOSITE: Disgusted with doing the rational thing and always failing because of it, George decides to do the opposite of his natural impulse. He tells George Steinbrenner off in a job interview, and promptly gets hired by the New York Yankees. He introduces himself to a tall blonde by saying, "Hi, I'm George. I'm balding, I live with my parents and I don't have a job." When he takes her to the movie and a group of guys accost the two of them, he confronts the guys and intimidates them into shutting up. Finally, when the woman invites George up to her apartment for coffee, he tells her no. Woman: "Who are you, Goerge Costanza?" George: "I'm the opposite of every guy you've ever met."

The Cheever Letters was a great episode. What a strange plot twist. I remember thinking, why pick on John Cheever?
It was only later that I realized the letters mirrored revelations from Cheever's actual life.

" The Betrayal " ---> the backward episode.
Sue Ellen Mischke sends un-vitations. Kramer seeks 100% anti-drop-dead protection. Jerry and Nina enjoy an awkward pause. George uses the schnapping technique on Elaine. Newman is on an unbelievable birthday-wish hot streak. *Goodnight Jugdish!* Last edited by Elsa; 09-28-2009 at 11:39 PM. |

" The Soup Nazi " ---> *No soup for you - Next!*

"The Merv Griffin Show"--> *... it's the new format, Scandals and Animals*
Kramer is the host, sleeps backstage. Deal is off between George and NY pigeons. Jerry gets to play with G.I Joe's at last. Lou is the new guy. He's a real sidler. Elaine is suspected of using voodoo rattle torture. Peterman: "...and if you are undead... I'll find about that too." |

I really don't like all of them. Most of them are good but you can't add them in a favorite category. My favorite on is The Phone Message
