1. WKRP in Cincinnati

2. Kolchak: The Night Stalker - This one didn't have any lyrics, but it didn't need any. From the opening strains of Kolchak's carefree whistling, to the increasingly ominous notes, this theme perfectly captured the spirit of the show.

I'll agree with you on that one.

1. Barney Miller (made a bass guitar seem cool)

2. The Jeffersons (how can you hear Movin' On Up and not tap your foot?)

1. Magnum P.I - A high energy tune. No words, but watching Selleck mug his way through the opening credits were entertainment enough.

2. Dukes of Hazzard- Sung by Waylon Jennings, this was a catchy theme to an otherwise cornball show. I'm amazed that I did not claw my eyes out as a child.

3. Miami Vice- A classic from the 80's. My favorite part is when these big drums start playing, and they've synched it up to match the jiggling butt of a woman on the screen.

One of my favorites is the A-Team theme song. It's a good song you can whistle while your walking down the block. Another one of my favorites for some inexplicable reason is the theme song for the old Saturday morning tv show, "California Dreams". I never particularly liked the show, but I just for some reason like the theme song. Some of my other favorites are Family Matters, Night Court, and Three's Company.
