The Godfather of Soul, James Brown, passed away early Christmas morning due to pneumonia.

Truly a great entertainer. He will be missed.

I also read today where Spike Lee has signed on to direct a James Brown biopic.

What an amazing entertainer. A whirlwind of motion from start to finish in his concerts. He will be sorely missed by the musical community. A true original.
