Default Kurt Vonnegut Passes Away

American novelist Kurt Vonnegut, Jr. has died Wednesday at 84, due to brain injuries which were the result of a fall several weeks ago. Vonnegut was throughout his life controversial, disdained, adored, but either way, always preeminent and influential. He is survived by his wife and daughter, as well as six grown children from his first marriage.

Loved his cameo in Back to School (with Dangerfield).

You know, he also wrote some pretty good books when he wasn't busy acting.

Ya Back to school! Vonnegut was busy and did it right. 84 is a feat in itself.

I bought a copy of his Palm Sunday few years ago. Until now I havent read it. His death will be a reason enough to flip those pages again.
