For the most part, it's better to only quote maybe the first paragraph of an article and include a link to it than to copy a whole article from another site into a post. (Copyright issues and all that.) Some websites don't mind, but some websites might, and I'd rather not deal with a cease and desist letter from one that does.

Actually, press releases are okay to copy and paste into threads here, as they're meant to be reprinted.

What about articles from Reuters and other news sources?
I understand if it's content specific to one website, but what about content that can be found on multiple sites? Please let me know, and I will be happy to comply. |

Reuters is fine too, because that's meant to be syndicated.
