Am I the only one . . . Noticed one of my friends is acting a little "different." Doing some kinda strange things. Strange in that I don't think it's normal, like maybe there is some underlying problem. Don't really know what to do? What would you do? Has this happened to you before? Normally I think I would just kinda look the other way or distance myself, but I work with the SAMHSA and they recently launched the What A Difference A Friend Makes program and it's this whole campaign to teach people how to be better friends. I guess the support of a truly caring friend can greatly increase the chances of recovering from a mental health issues. So now I'm thinking maybe I just need to try and be there for my friend. I looked at the program website and there are a lot of good resources there. If you want to look it's a whatadifference and it's a .org and then /mental health. Kinda good info for everyone.

Maybe you should be cautious. You can ask him or her directly.
