Hi, recently saw a great US movie on DVD, but can't remember the title or any of the actors. Anyone knows it ??

There's an electricity breakdown and there's confusion in the neighbourhood. We follow some desperate families in a suburb street.

Some stranger is shot in the street in the dark, because a neighbour thinks he is a thief. Everybody is nervous, and when the police arrives, they all agree, that he was a thief - which he wasn't.

Later a father tries to get important medicine (on prescription) for his baby in the local store, but they won't give it to him, because computers are down. So he steals it behind the desk, and the grocer tries to catch him.

Somebody also tries to buy a rifle to defend himself, but it is very expensive -because everybody is insecure.

A lot of people try to get out of the city, but gasoline is short. As the family tries to get out, they stop for a man by the side of the road, who needs help. He steels their car.

In the end, a man in a nearby house helps them, and as I remember, everything ends happily.

Has anyone seen this movie and remembers the title.
