Hi all,
I'm working on a video collage right now and I'm seaching for scenes where the camera dives into a characters eye or zooms out of a characters eye. This into the all-seeing eye motif is ubiquitous but I've hit a plateau in my hunt and I'm struggling to find more of them. I thought I'd post here to see if you guys could help me out. I appreciate any help I can get! Thanks. |

Good question, mendler. I'll put on my thinking cap and see if I can't come up with a few. I'm sure some of the other guys and gals around here will be glad to help, as well. We pride ourselves on being a helpful little bunch.

I'm sure you've already thought of this one, but it's the one that springs right to mind. How about towards the end of the shower scene in Psycho? I seem to remember the camera starting on the eye of Janet Leigh and slowly zooming out.

ya I've thought that scene in psycho. the only problem is that the film is too old. The footage I want is mostly from 90s and 00s scifi/fantasy/horror cheese.
Here's a list of movies I've already used... Event Horizon The Thirteenth Floor Harry Potter 5 LOTR 2 Ghost Rider Babylon A.D. The Day The Earth Stood Still (Remake) Star Trek:First Contact Underworld Evolution |
