The 2009 movie transformer 2 is one of the biggest hit in theater. Its the next battle, about fighting for people right to rule the country that is intended for them. It gives you the lesson upon protecting your own country. You should watch it.

How anyone can extract any meaning from a plotless headache like Transformers is beyond me. It's pretty to look at and the robots are amazing and if all you want from a film is building and vehicles being destroyed then this the Citizen Kane of tumbling masonry. |

The following are still on my list of "movies to see": Lady Snowblood The Tenant Eyes Without a Face I loved the following: Andy Warhol's Frankenstein/Dracula Raising Arizona Suspiria The Exorcist Rollerball Planet of the Apes Sparticus Battle Royale Tokyo Gore Police And I thought these were entirely overrated: Salo Repo Man Big Lebowski I'm not at all knocking your list. Just giving my opinion on a few of them. I really appreciate you sharing some of your favorites. Boy, those Andy Warhol flicks couldn't have been more goofy if they tried (when the hero is some sort of wanna-be commie, you know things are going to be good). Never understood some of the critical praise for Salo, though. I saw it this year and found myself bored. Same for Repo Man. I liked Lebowski better than the first time I saw it, but I still didn't get as much out of it as a few of my friends (a couple of them recite lines from the film every chance they get). |

I recommend Pump up the Volume. Really cool. You just might want to check out also films from Asia. Akira Kurosawa is one of the best filmmakers the world has ever seen and his movie Seven Samurai is a classic. Modern Hong Kong filmakers has a lot of potential too. Lately they were able to produce great movies like Ashes of Time, Lust Caution and Chungking Express
