Default Edison Force?!?

July 18th, 2006, will see the release of Edison Force straight to DVD. What is Edison Force, you might ask? Well, it concerns a young journalist and his efforts to bring down corrupt cops.

Yeah, I know it sounds generic, but look at the cast:
Morgan Freeman
Kevin Spacey
LL Cool J
Justin Timberlake

That's a lot of star-power for a Straight-to-DVD movie! You might want to check this one out.

This was supposed to be Justin's hip movie debut. But it went straight to video. LOL! So sad for Freeman & Spacey. What were they thinking?

I saw an ad for this movie the other day too, and was wondering why I hadn't heard of it since it had such a great cast. I guess it happens from time to time.

Nope, I haven't seen it. Is it any good? 'Cause I'm wary of STV films. It's quite surprising that with a cast like this, no studio is willing to release it in the theaters which kinda hint that the film is not up to par...

You know, I saw a movie with Kevin Spacey in it once that was just awful. It was called The Big Kahuna. It came out shortly after Glen Garry Glen Ross, and I had high hopes for it, because it was also about sales, but it was just awful. I don't know if it was straight-to-dvd or not, but it sure was bad.

I haven't seen it yet, but I'll break down some time in the near future and have my friends at Netflix send it to me.
