I enjoyed A Prairie Home Companion very much. It was a slow paced movie, leisurely even, that took plenty of time to just enjoy being the movie that it was. The cast was fantastic, in particular Virginia Madsen as the "Dangerous Woman". (She's lovely, and I've been a big fan since I saw her in Sideways.) The movie is definitely not for everyone, and I'd imagine it won't be a big hit, but it was just a nice comfortable enjoyable evening. I'd see it again in fact.

What a lovely, timely movie Sideways was. After seeing that movie, I'm thinking of taking a tour of the wine country.

I'm thinking of having a fling with a half-Asian trollop.
