Malcolm McDowell has signed on for 3 Halloween pics. Good news, as it shows the studio expects this to be a big hit.

Excited to see this. Any horror slasher flick, I'm up for it. As long as they're not Uwe Boll's films.

You mean you're not already standing in line for BloodRayne 2?

According to reports, Zombie has filmed a bloodier ending than the original and has also included 6 all-new death scenes.

The reviews for this one have been terrible so far. It's under 20% freshness on Rotten Tomato. That's what happens when you remake a film which didn't need to be remade.

Ugh. I saw this on Sunday and it was about as lame as I figured it would be. None of the suspense of the original, and Zombie fell into the trap of shaking the camera like crazy during the action scenes. I don't know why directors continue to do this.

Malcolm McDowell phoned it in, and Myers was just too damned big.

Lots of neat cameos, though, and the girls were all hot. Hard to believe that Danielle Harris is 30. She certainly didn't look it.
