This film was a total bust. I mean, it was quite amusing, but I wasn't a huge fan. ):
I still love the original better.
It's pretty entertaining but very different from the original. There are however some similarities with the original-- but I think the closest would be Medusa.

Yeah, I was really disappointed, but I should've known better. I don't know why I get my hopes up for these CGI crapfests. Boy, Gemma Arterton sure looked lovely, though. Nice to see an actress who doesn't look like she starves herself.

The biggest mistake with this movies are that every production company wants to lift on the 3D hype.. Alice in Wonderland failed with that.. and so the COTT

+1. it's getting out of hand. And worse, movies like Kick Ass aren't getting enough attention. So while COTT is a success and there are already plans for a sequel, the future of Kick Ass isn't so certain. I blame transformers, they polished a turd so brightly with CGI that it lured in the masses.

Right, CGI is nice but imo it is getting out of hand.. COTT only reason of being made was to cash on the CGI... cause storywise the remake has failed

This was one of the worst 3D movie i have watched. The 3D effects were blurred. They could have done the movie better. Lack of action

I think all the filmmmakers cared about in regard to 3D was the extra money they could charge. Looks like their strategy worked, though.

Crappiest movie ever, lame humor, waste of time. The trailer was very promising but the movie was very disappointing.
