$8 Billion Portfolio Auctioned Off
The owner of the biggest HSX portfolio ever just finished auctioning it off on EBay.
The portfolio, called "The Full Merino", is worth over $8 billion and ranked number 1 on the HSX Lifetime Leaderboard! Here are the some of the fun portfolio details (as of June 23): Net Worth : H$8,026,954,980.63 Cash : H$6,172,766,557.87 Interest : H$845,584.46/day @ +5.00% 1463 MovieStocks worth H$977,187,395.45 1038 StarBonds worth H$855,490,725.93 39 Funds worth H$19,269,900.00 20 Options worth H$2,219,900.00 The auction ended just before 1am Central Time on June 30th and was won by Idsampson for the meager sum of $821.11.

I would be happy to sell of my $531 million portfolio on HSX.com if anyone would want it.
Why in the world would someone buy it? BTW, there are two surefire ways to make money on HSX -- First, buy every animated film when they IPO. Second, play starbonds -- you can create a simple excel spreadsheet that calculates the average of the last 5 films, including the addition of the latest release. Then compare that to the current price and buy or short depending upon whether they are overvalued by at least $10. Unfortunately, it is so predictable that it takes a lot of the fun out of the game.

Yeah, at a point, playing the HSX seems like attending a math class to me.
