Danny Boyle vs. Eli Roth
At a screening of his new movie Sunshine, British director Danny Boyle told the New York Daily News that Hostel director Eli Roth "isn't very good." "His movies aren't even particularly well done. They're not even scary. They're horrible, but that's not scary. It's not suspense. And if you watch my films in detail, there's actually not a lot of violence in them. You get numb with violence very quickly."

What an asshole. Maybe he should just keep his mouth shut and concentrate on making his little films. While I'm not a huge Eli Roth fan, Danny Boyle is not freakin' Spielberg.

Well he's balls anyway. I actually didn't mind Hostel. I like Boyle's movies as well but he's not exactly a "master of horror movies" is he? Maybe he should calm down. I wonder why he's so threatened by Roth? Perhaps there is more to the story.
