That's Hollygood, I guess.
Just wait. We're planning to recast the role of Shane here soon. I'm thinking we're going to look for an Alan Ladd type.

I have no idea of this movie. Should I watch it? Is this movie really good?
Sometimes I like to watch horror films but I got frightened. I'm more of a romantic, romantic-comedy film.

Since Michael Bay is involved, I've heard they're really going to play up the romantic element between Freddy and his...uh...glove.

Margalicious, I have no idea if the film is good. It hasn't come out yet.

ey guys. i went too platinium dunes blog, and found this:

Is that Freddy's final look?

No, it isn't - we are continuing to refine Freddy's look. Many people commented about the CGI on his face - and I don't want to give everything away but I will say this - Freddy's face is 98% practical make-up. Moreover, as you now know we went hardcore on what a burn victim really looks like, and I can't imagine what the comments would have been if he DIDN'T look like a real burn victim.

Is that Freddy's final voice?

No, Jackie spent so much time on the voice, researching what people who've has their vocal cords burned sound like. He is still working on it and I suspect that we will be refining it, until the last moment.

that funny face Freddy has in the end of the trailer it seems is gonna change couse like us, many of the fans found that freddy face was realy bad..

if u guys wanna check it out go to Platinum dunes blog heres the link

You would think an actor could continue to play a character in heavy makeup, sort of like voice-over talents on cartoons like the Simpsons. He's not going to get noticeably old under all that makeup.

At least the Freddy role helped get him that role as "the Ahab" in "Behind The Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon".

Thanks for posting all these trailers, darkadian. I like watching them, but I always forget to search for the trailers of the upcoming movie.

to me was one of the best.. couse after the 3º or 4º it lost the touch of horror
i call the 1º a true horror classic.. and the funny thing is that in the 1º Freddy wasnt the star...

I can't tell for sure but it kinda looks as if the face of Freddy might be CGI in this remake...if so I'm already disappointed...

He's supposed to look more like a real burn victim in this one. Don't know if that's a good idea or not, but leave it to Hollywood to tinker around with something that doesn't need to be.
