I'm sure this thread might alienate some people, but for those of you who love silent films, which one(s) is your absolute favorite? Or can you even choose one favorite?
For me, it's Nosferatu. Even today Murnau's technique blows me away. It's a little slow for most, but every aspect about that film completely works for me (and let's not forget about Max Shrek's amazing performance as Count Orlock.) What are some of your guys' selections?

Nosferatu is a fine choice, no doubt about it. I also thought The Sheik was a lot better than I thought it would be. Valentino really did have a ton of charisma, and it really showed through, even without dialogue.
