Well, you've got a lot of great movies on your list. I was especially pleased to see The Thing, one of my all-time favorites, come in at #12. Other excellent choices were:
The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly at #27

Big Trouble in Little China at #140

Shaun of the Dead at #172

Batman: Mask of the Phantasm at #195

Versus at #227

I doubt The Thing and Mask of the Phantasm would make it on many lists, and they were both excellent films. In my opinion, Mask of the Phantasm is the best Batman movie to date.

You've also got plenty of movies like Raiders of the Lost Ark, Die Hard, and the like. Very solid stuff.

Of course, like any list, there are going to be choices that I don't agree with or find it incredible that they would be ranked so high. Here are ones which stood out:

5. The Dark Crystal.
43. Con Air.
54. The Last Unicorn.
57. Dick Tracy.
67. Jury Duty.
69. Commando.
82. The Emperor's New Groove.
83. One Hour Photo.
202. A.I. Artificial Intelligence.
211. Friday The 13th part 6: Jason Lives.
212. Nightmare on Elm Street 3: The Dream Warriors.
218. Final Destination 2.
233. Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master.
244. Halloween H2O: 20 Years Later
263. The Patriot ( 2000).
273. Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare
280. Freddy Vs. Jason.
297. Lethal Weapon 3

Still, a great list. Thanks for sharing it with us. We seem to have something in common: a love of action and horror movies.

Normally I disagree with Shane on a lot of movie stuff, but his list of movies that he didn't like on your list kinda coincides with mine. Not that this is a bad thing, heck, I'm a huge fan of The Thing too. That Kurt Russell sure can act.

Cyrus- I'm curious, are those movies in order of how much you liked them, or is it just a list?
