Sandra Bullock vs. Porn Star

Sandra Bullock is standing by husband Jesse G. James as he battles his ex-wife, porn legend Janine Lindemulder, over custody of their 5-year-old daughter, Sunny.

Bullock and James received sole custody while Lindemulder served six months in prison for tax evasion. While owing the IRS over $200,000 in taxes, the porn star who once starred in a sex tape with Motley Crue lead singer Vince Neil put a down payment on a $600,000 mansion and purchased a new Jeep.

Now that she's out of the slammer, James wants to keep her away from his daughter. According to court papers, he believes that she would be exposed to a dangerous environment if Lindemulder were to regain custody.

Said James in a statement to the court, "Good cause exists for the court to conduct a review to determine if (Sunny) will be safe with (Lindemulder). She should be restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments."

So what do you think? Is the tattooed mechanic and former bodyguard for Danzig and Soundgarden a better influence than Lindemulder, or is he just a spiteful douchebag?

I'm hoping Sandra and Janine will eventually settle their differences in a wrestling match.

If Sandra married Jesse, I'm sure he's not too bad a guy to be a dad. Besides, with Sandra, Sunny would have a better home environment to live in. I don't know about Jesse being a good father, but I'm sure Sandra will do just fine whatever she's supposed to do.

I'm fairly sure that the porn sluts just using this to raise her profile, once its raised she'll latch on to a way to make money. It's the new american way, (it's also the amazon business model). It's also sad cause there's a kid somewhere involved in this mess.
