I maybe alone in this opinion but I'd probably say the Demolition Man. It was both over the top and stylish and also quirky and downright hilarious.

Also pretty badly acted, lol.

I do remember that being the first time I ever saw Sandra Bullock. Me and a buddy of mine were amazed at how good she looked in that movie, although she was still upstaged by the hair of Wesley Snipes.
