It's an O.S.S. psychological analysis of Adolph Hitler, written back during World War II. The O.S.S. was the wartime precursor to the C.I.A. and handled most of the intelligence during the 2nd World War.
Fascinating stuff. It's interesting to note that they predicted Hitler's suicide as his most likely end based on past actions.
