I'm the other one apparently that loves Tank Girl. I watch it a least once a year, I find it hilarious. I also really enjoy Barb wire.

Steel is a good choice I suppose although there have been worse ones imo.

My list would include:

The Punisher, The Dolph Lundgren one...
Dare Devil
The Hulk, sad to say even Jennifer Connelly couldn't save this one.
Teenage Mutant Nija Turtles, total travesty what they did with this one it was a very good comic.
Catwoman, I mean really what the hell was that flick about?

I also disagree with the Batman sentiment I enjoy all of them, I have a high threshold for cheese factor.
