Be Diddy's Personal Assistant
The rap mogul has launched an innovative campaign aimed at hiring his new helper by asking applicants to post a video on YouTube explaining why they deserve the job.
"We're gonna do something that's different. We're gonna have a lot of fun with this," Diddy, otherwise known as Sean Combs, says about his employee search in a YouTube video. "If this job interests you, why don't you upload your video interview."
"It's a new age, a new time, a new era," Diddy opines. "Forget coming into the office and having a meeting with me and being nervous."
The only requirement given is that the videos must be under three minutes.
