I'm not sure how old these Amber characters are but how about Kate Beckinsale for the role of Deirdre and Sienna Guillory for Llewella.

Point is, these two actresses can easily replace Liv Tyler and Miranda Otto in the Lord Of The Ring trilogy. Would love to see Beckinsale in a period costume. As for Guillory, can't wait to see her in Eragon. Heard the trailer is coming out anytime soon.
