Maybe season 1 and 2 House could have had a relationship with them but he has changed since then, and not in the good way. House has gotten a lot colder.

And Cuddy fans may not agree with this but look at the way Cuddy has changed now that the writers are trying to set her up with House. She has become a lot weaker this season than in seasons past. she was ridiculous. I don't see how it is any of her business if Cameron is in love with House and she didn't even want Cameron and Chase together in the first place so why would she say they are good together? She just looked jealous and weak.
